Viprone Integrated Limited ("The Company") is committed to supporting gender equity in our workplace. We aim to ensure that all staff have the same opportunities, rights and respect, regardless of their gender.
To ensure fairness, strategies must often be available to compensate for women's historical and social disadvantages that prevent women and men from operating on an equal playing field. Gender equity leads to gender equality, where there are equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities for women and men.

The policy is in line with the Nigerian constitution of 1999 (14):
'Article 15[2] and Article 42[1][a] and [b], [2] and [3] prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex and ensure that men and women have equal access to the courts in matters of contracts, torts and all civil matters'.
The company also recognizes the CEDAW (Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women) an international treaty adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1979.
